Stir-fry with beef and vegetables for a quick dinner
Stir-fry with beef, soy noodles, vegetables and Iceberg salad - a quick dinner or lunch recipe for a busy person. It will take no more than 15 minutes to prepare this dish, and you can feed them a couple of hungry mouths that cannot wait for a tricky dinner.

Stir-fry is a method of quick frying of vegetables and meat that came to us from the east. Don't be upset if there are no wok pans among your kitchen utensils. An ordinary frying pan with a thick bottom and non-stick coating is also suitable for cooking this dish. Fry vegetables to the state of al dente - they should soften a little, but remain a little crispy.
In this recipe, low-fat minced beef, it can be replaced with chicken minced meat or thinly sliced veal.

Beer and Vegetable Stir Fry Ingredients
- 300 g of ground beef;
- 120 g carrots;
- 100 g of onion;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 130 g sweet bell pepper;
- 300 g of iceberg lettuce;
- 30 g of dill;
- 150 g soy glass noodles;
- 10 g of white sesame;
- soy sauce, balsamic vinegar to taste;
- olive oil, black and red pepper, salt.

Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into the pan. Throw chopped onions, chopped garlic cloves into the heated oil. Fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes over high heat, then toss the carrots grated on a vegetable cutter or chopped into thin skillet into a pan.
Cook the vegetables over high heat for 5 minutes, mix.
Add chilled ground beef to the vegetables, knead the meat with a fork or spatula so that no lumps form, fry with vegetables for 7-8 minutes, salt and pepper black and red pepper to your liking.
We cut the pod of sweet Bulgarian pepper finely, add to the rest of the ingredients. Shake the pan so that everything mixes, fry the pepper with vegetables and meat for 1-2 minutes, so that it warms up and softens a little.
Soak glass soy noodles in boiling water according to the recommendations, usually it takes 5-10 minutes. I advise you to cut the bundle of noodles with scissors into small fragments, it’s more convenient to serve and eat this dish.

We remove leaves from the head of the “Iceberg”, turn it into a tube, cut into thin strips.

Throw the noodles into a colander.
In a pan with beef and vegetables, put soy noodles.
Add the chopped salad to the rest of the ingredients.
Finely chop a bunch of dill or any fresh herbs to your liking, season the dish with fragrant herbs right in the pan.
Pour soy sauce and a drop of balsamic vinegar, mix, so that all the ingredients are heated and saturated with each other's juices.

Immediately serve the stir-fry with beef on the table, sprinkle with white sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy your meal!
