The legend of mountain ash
Once upon a time there lived a rich merchant in the world, and he had a lovely daughter whom he was going to successfully marry and thereby increase his fortune. But she did not have time to the meeting place - the sorcerer literally ahead of her for a few minutes. Seeing the sorcerer, the guy realized that he and the girl were in danger and rushed into the river in the hope of protecting his beloved. But as soon as he swam across the river, when the sorcerer waved his magic staff, the heavens opened, lightning flashed, and the young man turned into an oak.
The girl at this moment arrived in time on the other side of the river and saw the misfortune that happened to her lover. And so it froze with tears in her eyes, turning into a mountain ash. The girl's tears turned into bright red berries - bitter in taste and reminiscent of her pain.
